Keep doing this for the next day and the next until you have your week planned out.  Now set this up for whatever time you have available to you each day for the rest of the week. I set my planner up weekly on a Sunday evening. That way I usually can plan for any activity or an event and adjust the next week.

Here are some handy little tools that you can use to capture images and text if you want to be able to take a screenshot on a pc. The first one is called Jing, and it’s free! TechSmith | Jing, instant screenshots and screencasts.

Add visuals to your online conversations. Jing captures anything on you see on your computer screen, as an image or short video, and lets you share it instantly. You can get a free account now. You can also upgrade, but for what I use it for I don’t need the upgrade.

After you learn how to take a screenshot on a pc you will find out that this is very easy to use this screen shot software. After you install Jing it will leave a light image of the sun at the top and middle of your desktop. This makes it very convenient. If you are needing information on your screen, or watching a webinar, all you have to do is hoover over the sun and click and drag to what ever image you want to
save. Just drag the cross hairs from the starting point and drag (as the crow flies) to the opposite end of whatever it is that you’re wanting to capture. You can also use arrows to show a particular segment and even highlight text or images. Another handy tool to use is using a box to also frame a particular segment.

Once you have your page captured you can save and or share it. There is also a library of the images and videos that you have created to be used at a latter date if you wish.

Once I learned how to take a screenshot on a pc with Jing I also found a program called Snagit. It is also a great screen shot software to use Snagit has a 30 day free trial. Just go to techsmith.com and look for Snagit.

This one is good if you need to manipulate copy, say like changing
an address, logo or even create new images. Snagit will also take a screenshot on a pc but, only a static image.

I use both.

I use Jing if I need a quick shot off my screen all I have
to do is hit the sun (image), and put the cross hairs where I want it to start and drag to where I want it to end.

I will use Snagit if I’m going to create an image or if I need to manipulate it in any way. Since learning how to take a screenshot on a pc with both these tools it has been a breeze teaching and training short segments in my curriculum.
